Please review these Terms and Conditions thoroughly before accessing or purchasing subscriptions from OXT Stream. They define customer rights, single-profile fair use limits, payment verification rules, and our full-duration replacement warranty.
1. Platform Agreement & Scope
Welcome to OXT Stream ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, depositing wallet funds, or purchasing digital subscription services, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.
2. Customer Account Registration & Eligibility
- Legal Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal guardian consent to register and execute digital orders.
- Accurate Contact Information: You agree to provide a valid email and WhatsApp number to receive credential delivery receipts and warranty support.
- Single Account Limit: Creating duplicate or fake accounts to manipulate promotional coupons or referral bonuses is strictly prohibited.
3. Order Delivery & Fulfillment SLAs
Subscription credentials and digital activation keys are dispatched directly into your verified Customer Dashboard based on stock availability:
Plans marked with the Instant badge are automatically dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation.
High-demand plans may require 1 to 24 hours for provisioning. If an order cannot be completed within 24 hours, an automatic 100% refund is credited to your OXT Wallet.
4. Strict Fair Use Rules (Zero Tolerance)
- No Password Changes: Never change or attempt to reset the password or recovery email of allocated subscriptions.
- No Profile Tampering: Do not rename, PIN-lock, or delete other customer profiles on shared subscriptions.
- Single Screen Policy: Do not exceed the single-device / single-screen quota designated for your plan tier.
- No Unauthorized Resale: Credentials purchased from OXT Stream cannot be redistributed, subleased, or resold.
5. Payments, UPI & OXT Wallet Policy
- 12-Digit UTR Verification: You must enter the exact, authentic 12-digit UTR number and upload a clear screenshot receipt when completing UPI payments.
- Payment Fraud Zero Tolerance: Submitting fabricated, altered, or duplicate UTR numbers will result in an immediate permanent ban and wallet forfeiture.
- OXT Wallet Balance: Deposited wallet balances are non-transferable and can only be used for digital purchases on OXT Stream.
6. Replacement Warranty & Refund Policy
Because digital access products are consumable upon reveal, all orders are final once credentials have been delivered.
Every subscription plan includes active replacement protection for its entire purchased validity (1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months). If an account encounters upstream disruptions, contact our WhatsApp desk for a rapid replacement or reset.
If an issue cannot be resolved within 24 hours, the pro-rated remaining balance of your subscription is refunded directly to your OXT Wallet.
7. Third-Party Trademarks & Reseller Notice
All brand names, service marks, logos, and trademarks (including Netflix, Spotify, Amazon Prime, Hotstar, YouTube, etc.) belong strictly to their respective owners. OXT Stream operates as an independent third-party reseller and is not affiliated with or officially endorsed by any streaming service provider.
