1. Introduction and Acceptance

By accessing OXT Stream, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. OXT Stream is a premium digital subscription marketplace providing access to third-party OTT and digital services. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. User Accounts and Security

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. OXT Stream utilizes strict IP monitoring and rate limiting to prevent unauthorized access. Any suspicious activity may result in an immediate, unappealable account suspension.

3. Digital Subscriptions and Access Keys

We provide digital login credentials or activation keys for various third-party services. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use these subscriptions for personal entertainment. Strictly Prohibited: Reselling, public broadcasting, or attempting to change the underlying passwords of shared or allocated accounts will result in an immediate permanent ban.

4. Platform Rules and Fair Use

Users must adhere to the following platform rules:

• One active screen per subscription unless otherwise explicitly stated in your plan.
• Do not share your OXT Stream account credentials with third parties.
• Do not utilize VPNs to bypass regional restrictions on accounts unless explicitly permitted by the product description.
• No abusive behavior or spamming toward our WhatsApp support team.

5. Wallet System and Payments

OXT Stream operates a digital wallet system for seamless transactions. Wallet recharges must be made via authorized payment methods (UPI/Bank Transfer) with a valid UTR provided. Wallet balances are non-refundable and can only be used to purchase subscriptions on the platform. Fraudulent UTR submissions will lead to a permanent ban.

6. Order Fulfillment and Inventory

Most orders are fulfilled instantly via our automated inventory system. In cases of high demand (status: Waiting for Inventory), fulfillment may take up to 24 hours. If we cannot fulfill your order, the amount will be refunded directly to your OXT Stream wallet.

7. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once credentials or keys have been revealed. We do not offer refunds to your original payment method. If a credential fails during its warranty period, we will provide a replacement. Refunds are only issued to your platform Wallet if a replacement is impossible.

8. Account Suspensions and Bans

OXT Stream enforces a zero-tolerance policy for fraud, unauthorized reselling, password tampering, and abusive conduct. Banned users permanently lose access to the platform, their active subscriptions, and any remaining wallet balance. Decisions made by the administrative team are final.

9. Third-Party Trademarks

All third-party trademarks, logos, and brand names (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Spotify) are the property of their respective owners. OXT Stream is an independent reseller and is not directly affiliated with these entities unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

OXT Stream provides services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party OTT providers, changes in their terms of service, or account blocks initiated by the primary streaming platforms.

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all products are subject to change without notice.
